Johnston RV Center Camp Store Apparel Return & Refund Policy:
In Store Returns: All returns must be accompanied with the original sales invoice/receipt and must be returned with all undamaged packing within 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Please bring your item and receipt to either store within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Online Returns:
To start an online return, please contact us at shop@johnstonrvcenter.com.
For online returns, we are only able to accept items with manufacturer defects, wrong items delivered or damaged products that are within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at shop@johnstonrvcenter.com to start this process.
In situations such as dissatisfaction with the item where no defects or damage are present, if a return is desired we will need the item shipped back to us or brought to our store in its original condition accompanied by receipt to become an in-store return. Item must be within the 30 days of purchase window. Please contact us at shop@johnstonrvcenter.com to start this process.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@johnstonrvcenter.com.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
